Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 4–6 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Schedule

To help prevent delays and reduce stress on live plants, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays.

• Orders placed Monday–Wednesday are usually processed and shipped the same day.

• Orders placed Thursday–Sunday will ship the following Monday.

This schedule helps avoid plants being held by carriers over the weekend.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

We do not ship to:

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• Puerto Rico

• Other U.S. territories

• Canada

• Any international destinations outside the United States

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Milan, Michigan (48160).
Please contact us before placing your order to arrange pickup details.

Extreme Weather & Winter Shipping

Before packing, we carefully review local weather conditions for every order and pack plants accordingly.

During colder months, Winter Package Protection is required if your local temperature is below 30°F.
If the winter package is not added when required, the Live Arrival Guarantee will be void.
