Because plants are living things, all sales are final. While we don’t offer traditional refunds or returns, we’re always happy to help when something doesn’t arrive as expected. When appropriate, we may offer a replacement plant or store credit based on the situation.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make edits, including item changes or order combinations, so please review your cart carefully before checkout.
